Responsibilities


  • Preparing documentation (user stories, diagrams, workflows) for the development team
  • Work with internal and external teams to understand product documentation requirements
  • Communication with Product owner
  • Analysis and preparing SRS documentation
  • Preparing user guides for clients and for internal usage
  • Preparing and performing presentations, demo new functionality for clients
  • Review, analyze technical and legal documents like NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), MSA (Master Service Agreement), SRS (Software Requirements Specification), SAD (Software Architecture Design), customer reports, etc., and propose improvements
  • Prepare and take part in the pre-sale process: communication, translation support, meetings with potential and existing customers
  • Knowledge sharing within team
  • Collaborate with students, partners, Training Academy, conducting seminars, workshops
  • Developing and mentoring other partners, employees on a regular basis
